Regency Steel Buildings supplied these three mini storage buildings in Picayune, Mississippi. These buildings have been used since 2010 as self-storage buildings for the residents of Pearl River County about 60 miles from Hattiesburg and 150 miles from Jackson.
The mini storage buildings are all built with durable steel from Regency and are light stone in color on the exterior walls with a galvalume roof. The buildings all have a wind load of 150 MPH and snow load of 30 PSF. The roofs are insulated with 6” and the walls have 4” insulation. Two of the buildings (Buildings B and C) have gutters and downspouts.
