Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel prefabricated mini storage building for a repeat customer in Bozeman, Montana, in late May of 2021.

Durable, sustainable and secure, the mini storage building is 70’x230’x13.083’/16’ when raised and provides premium protection for items and assets housed inside. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the Regency Storage Systems metal building contains (43) rentable storage units and generates a regular stream of revenue for the self-storage business owner.

Gray in color, the mini storage building has a single-slope Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead. Found inside are (22) 13’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ framed door openings, (1) 14’x30’ unit with a 10’x12’ opening and (20) 15’x40’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings.

Installed within those door openings are (23) 10’x12’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors and (20) 12’x15’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors. All doors are Wasabi in color and include stainless-steel latch hardware, and there are also heavy-duty 29-gauge partition panels functioning as dividers between the storage units.

Gutters, downspouts and a 2” WMP-VRR-faced vapor barrier in the roof all help guard against condensation and water damage, while a 35.2-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating keep the mini storage building compliant with the building codes currently in place in Bozeman.

Located in Gallatin County, the city of Bozeman is in southern Montana. The community lies about 85 miles outside Butte and about 25 miles west of Livingston.
