Now functioning as a self-storage business, the White Regency Storage Systems buildings with Red trim help generate a steady stream of revenue for their owner, and all (3) stand 40’x80’x8.5’ once erect. Comprised of sustainable, high-quality steel components, the mini storage buildings each have (16) 10’x20’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed openings inside, with the entire self-storage facility featuring (48) rentable storage units.

Each storage unit has one of (48) 8’x7’ Janus Model Satin White 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel barrel locks, and 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separate the storage units inside the buildings. A 2.5” WMP-VRR vapor barrier also sits in the roof of each building, helping protect the self-them against condensation and water damage.

Overhead, the (3) mini storage buildings all feature hardwearing Galvalume gable roofs with modest 0.5:12 pitches, and all (3) roofs have gutters and downspouts lining them and helping further prevent condensation. A 5-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional customizations made in line with local building codes.
