Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (6) pre-engineered mini storage buildings in Pueblo, Colorado, in May of 2022.

Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the Tan mini storage buildings with Brown trim together serve as a self-storage business, giving members of the surrounding community a safe and secure place to store assets they aren’t using. The first metal mini storage building, Building A, is 20’x185’x8.5’ while Building B is 30’x185’x8.5’.

The third and fourth mini storage buildings in the complex, Buildings C and D, are both 30’x150’x8.5’, while Buildings E and F both stand 20’x150’x8.5’. Overhead, all (6) buildings sport rugged, corrosion-resistant Brilliant White Galvalume gable roofs with 1:12 pitches.

In total, the (6) buildings in the self-storage facility contain (225) rentable storage units, and each has its own framed door opening offering its renter access inside. Distributed among the (6) metal mini storage buildings are (161) 9’x7’ High-Glass White Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (61) 4’x7’ High-Gloss White Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless-steel latch hardware.

All (6) self-storage buildings also feature gutters and downspouts along their roofs, which prevents moisture from pooling near the buildings and causing condensation to form. All buildings making up the self-storage business also feature 10-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings, making them compliant with the building and engineering codes currently in place across Pueblo.
