Regency Steel Buildings provided these (6) prefabricated metal mini storage buildings for a buyer in Prescott, Arizona, in early May of 2019.

Together, the (6) structures form an expansive self-storage facility, giving residents of Prescott and the surrounding community a safe, secure place to store furniture, home goods and other personal assets. The self-storage buildings differ broadly in terms of size, with the first building standing 20’x240’x9.5’, the second, 25’x20’x9.5’, and the third, 25’x250’x9.5’. The fourth building, meanwhile, stands 26’x360’x9.5’ once raised, while the fifth stands 25’x290’x9.5’, and the sixth and final structure, 25’x570’x9.5’.

Distributed throughout the (6) metal mini storage buildings are (346) 8’x8’ framed openings, each of which encloses one of (346) 8’x8’ mini storage doors. Additional features added in adherence to local building code requirements include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 43-pound snow load.
