Durable and easy to erect and maintain, the Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage buildings together function as a self-storage business and offer superior strength and durability, resulting in optimal protection for stored goods. The first building, Building A, is 30’x250’x8.5’, while Building B is 30’x330’x8.5’ once raised.

Overhead, each building features a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant steel gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and between the (2) metal self-storage buildings are (116) rentable storage units. Building A contains (50) 10’x15’ storage units, each with one of (50) 9’x7’ framed openings, while Building B contains (66) 10’x15’ storage units, and each has one of (66) 9’x7’ framed openings providing access inside.

Each framed opening has its own door, and in total, the self-storage complex has (116) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors. Additional self-storage facility upgrades and customizations include gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control for the roof, all of which help prevent water damage while prolonging the lives of the buildings. Regency Steel also engineered the buildings with 30.1-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings to ensure compliance with local building codes.

Located in central Oregon, the city of Prineville is part of Crook County. It sits about 35 miles northeast of Bend, Oregon and about 39 miles east of Sisters.
