Mini Storage Building Kits in Quinlan, Texas

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a customer in Quinlan, Texas in August of 2020.

Durable, secure and low maintenance, the insulated storage buildings together operate as a self-storage center. Both Regency Storage Systems steel mini storage buildings have painted exteriors, and the first is 20’x80’x8.5’ in size and the second, 40’x80’x8.5’. Overhead, each metal building has a rugged Galvalume gable roof with a minor 0.5:12 pitch providing reliable protection from the elements.

Inside the first mini storage building are (16) 10’x10’ storage units. Each has one of (10) 8’x7’ framed openings enclosing (10) 8’x7’ Statin White Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with barrel locks. The second mini storage building boasts another (16) 10’x20’ storage units, and each has one of (10) 8’x7’ framed openings housing (10) 8’x7’ Statin White Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with barrel locks.

In the roofs of both steel buildings are 2.5” layers of faced insulation featuring a heavy-duty, ultra-protective WMP-VRR facing serving as a vapor barrier. Other customizations include gutters and downspouts, partition panels with a Galvalume finish and several climate-related accommodations, including 115-mph wind loads and 5-pound roof snow loads.

A rural community, Quinlan is part of Hunt County and the Dallas – Fort Worth metro area. It sits about 16 miles south of Greenville and about the same distance from Terrell.
