Durable and easy to erect and maintain, the (4) Regency Steel mini storage buildings offer superior strength and durability and together function as a self-storage facility. All (4) buildings vary in size, with the first mini storage building 40’x150’x16’, the second, 60’x150’x14’, the third, 50’x150’x105’, and the fourth, 30’x150’x10.5’.

Each painted mini storage building has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch overhead, and distributed among them are (144) rentable storage units. Each storage unit has its own point of access. In total, the mini storage complex features (20) 12’x14’ framed openings, (44) 10’x12’ openings and (80) 9’x9’ openings enclosing (80) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.

In consideration of the building codes in place in the region and the sometimes-heavy snowfall and variable climate conditions seen throughout the Rathdrum area, all (4) mini storage buildings also feature wind speed ratings of 115 mph and snow loads of 50 pounds.

Part of the Coeur d’Alene metro area in northern Idaho, the city of Rathdrum is part of Kootenai County. It sits about 14 miles from Coeur d’Alene and about 31 miles northeast of Spokane, Washington.
