
These four Light Stone-colored, Regency-brand metal mini storage buildings were purchased from Mini Storage Outlet in 2011. They serve as a part of the expanded All Guard Storage facility in Riverton, Wyoming.
The first building is 25’x100’ with a single slope roof, the second is 20’x140’ with a gable roof and a pair of s 20’x140’ also with single slope roofs. Among the four new buildings there are (52) 9’x7’ roll-up Janus doors and all four feature R-8 VRR roof insulation, gutters and downspouts, wind loads of 90 mph B and Ground Snow Loads (GSLs) of 30 lbs. Prior to purchase, Mini Storage Outlet drafted a site plan for the customer to highlight entryway locations and how traffic would flow throughout the complex.
