Mini Storage Building Kit in Rolling Fork, Mississippi

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered metal mini storage building for a customer in Rolling Fork, Mississippi.

The durable, low-maintenance mini storage building is 30’x80’x8.5’ and is covered and protected by a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside the building are (16) rentable storage units, all of which are 10’x15’ in size with accompanying 9’x7’ framed openings. Housed in those openings are (16) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless steel latches. Additional building features include Mississippi engineer-stamped drawings, wedge anchors and fasteners, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume metal finishes and gutters and downspouts, which are included to divert water away from the building and its foundation. Installed in the mini storage building’s roof is a 2 5/8” WMP-VRR vapor barrier, which helps prevent the formation of condensation.

To enhance durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns typical of the Rolling Fork area, the building also features a wind speed of 90 mph C, a ground snow load of 30 lbs. and a roof snow load of 21 lbs. A part of west-central Mississippi’s Sharkey County, the city of Rolling Fork is situated about 83.2 miles outside Jackson and 44.6 miles from Vicksburg.
