Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pair of prefabricated mini storage buildings in Rollinsville, Colorado in February of 2021.
Engineered by Regency Storage Systems, the metal buildings now function as a self-storage facility and boast unmatched structural integrity, delivering reliable protection for assets housed inside. When raised, both identical metal mini storage buildings are 20’x120’x8.5’, and overhead, they feature hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with a modest 4:12 pitches.
Distributed between the (2) steel mini storage buildings are (50) rentable storage units. Each building contains (8) 5’x10’ units with (8) 4’x7’ framed door openings, (14) 10’x10’ storage units with (14) 9’x7’ framed openings and (3) 10’x20’ storage units, (2) of which have 9’x7’ framed door openings.
Filling those framed door openings are (16) 4’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latched and (40) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors, also with stainless-steel latches. Additional customizations and upgrades include painted roof panels with DripX condensation control pre-applied to them and gutters and downspouts, which prevent condensation and water damage.
A 120-mph wind speed rating and a 92.4-psf snow load are additional features added in adherence to local building codes. An unincorporated mountain town in north-central Colorado, Rollinsville is part of Gilpin County and the Denver – Aurora – Lakewood metro area. It sits southwest of the city of Boulder; between the communities of Nederland and Black Hawk.
