The roof of the self-storage building contains 2.5 inches of R-8 insulation, lowering energy expenses for the property owner, and (18) framed openings offer access inside each storage unit. Throughout the metal storage facility are (4) 4’x7’ mini storage door openings enclosing (4) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (14) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (14) 9’x7’ mini storage doors.
Other mini storage building customizations include a 30-pound ground snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating, which adhere to local building and engineering code requirements. Located in west-central Indiana, the town of Rosedale is part of Parke County’s Florida Township. It sits about 10 miles outside Rockville.
