Mini Storage Building Kit in Salina, Utah

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated metal mini storage building for a customer in Salina, Utah.

Designed with energy efficiency in mind, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel components and has R-10 insulation installed within the roof. Now used as a mini storage complex, the building stands 40’x200’x8.5’ in size and is covered and protected overhead by a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch. Inside the structure are (40) framed openings, all of which are 9’x7’ in size. Installed within each opening is one of (40) 9’x7’ roll-up doors. Additional project features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. These enhancements were made in consideration of the typical climate of Salina and the surrounding region.

A part of central Utah’s Sevier County, the city of Salina stands about 107 miles outside Green River and about 43 miles from Holden.
