Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered metal mini storage building for a customer in Sedalia, Colorado, in late August of 2017.
Durable, affordable and highly sustainable, the structure boasts a finished size of 60’x80’x16’. Crafted using premium-grade steel components, it now functions as a mini storage facility, and overhead, a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch helps guard against corrosion and the elements.
The storage building offers several accommodations made in consideration of the unpredictable weather patterns and sometimes-heavy seasonal snowfall seen throughout Sedalia and the surrounding region, among them a high, 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. It also contains (1) 16’x14’ framed opening so owners can easily transport goods in and out.
An unincorporated community set within central Colorado’s Douglas County, Sedalia sits in the valley of Plum Creek. The scenic, close-knit community sits about 24 miles outside Denver and about eight miles outside Castle Rock.
