Burnished Slate in color, the attractive, low-maintenance Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage building is 40’x’250’x8.5’ in size and undergoes use as a self-storage business. Durable and built to last, the mini storage building features high-end steel construction, resulting in superior strength, durability and protection for goods stored inside.

Overhead, the building has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside it are (54) rentable storage units in several sizes. There are (8) 10’x10’ storage units, each of which has one of (8) 9’x7’ framed door openings, and (46) 10’x20’ storage units, each featuring one of (46) 9’x7’ framed openings.

Each framed door opening encloses one of (54) 9’x7’ Bronze-colored Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, and the Regency Steel building also sports a 6” base and eave step. Also included is a 2” WMP-VRR-faced roof vapor barrier that helps prevent condensation and gutters and downspouts, which further prevent water damage by diverting rain and snow away from the mini storage building’s roof and foundation.

Additional customizations include 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes that divide the storage units and several climate-related enhancements, among them a 40.25-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Located in southern Montana, the city of Bozeman belongs to Gallatin County. Montana’s fourth-largest city, Bozeman lies about 84 miles east of Butte, Montana, and about 125 miles west of Billings.
