Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered steel self-storage building in Bellefontaine, Ohio, in August of 2021.

Fabricated by Regency Storage Systems, the metal building now undergoes use as a self-storage business, generating a regular revenue stream for its owner. When raised, the metal mini storage building is 45’x100’x9.5’ and has a durable Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch offering protection from above.

Inside the metal mini storage building are (50) storage units available for rent in several different sizes. There are (16) 10’x30’ storage units with 9’x8’ framed door openings, (16) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (8) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings.

Filling those door openings are (32) 9’x8’ and (18) 4’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware. There are also rugged 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes separating each storage unit from the next one.

The mini storage building also has several climate-related customizations, among them gutters, downspouts, a 14-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Located in Logan County, in west-central Ohio, the city of Bellefontaine sits 48 miles northwest of Columbus and about 110 miles northeast of Cincinnati.
