Self Storage Building Kit in Casper, Wyoming

Regency Steel Buildings was the proud provider of this pre-engineered metal self storage building in Casper, Wyoming, in June of 2020.

Durable and structurally sound, the building now functions as a self-storage facility. Comprised of quality steel parts, it is 30’x120’x8.5’ in size and has a striking, Desert Sand-colored exterior that catches the eye from the road.

The roof of the metal self-storage building is comprised of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume paneling and has a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and the complex has (24) separate storage units available for rent. Each unit needs its own access point, and (24) 9’x7’ framed openings enclosing (24) 9’x7’ metal mini storage doors serve as additional key features.

The mini storage building also has several climate-related enhancements that make it well-suited for Wyoming’s variable climate, including a 43-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Wyoming’s second-largest city, Casper is part of Natrona County, in central Wyoming. Know as the “Oil City,” Casper neighbors Mills, Evansville and Bar Nunn.
