Regency Steel Buildings fabricated this pre-engineered metal self-storage building in Bellaire, Ohio, in July 2022.

The climate-controlled mini storage facility is 20’x300’x7.67’/8.5’ and serves traditional storage needs, housing furniture, business assets and other goods home- and business owners lack space for. The building has a rugged, single-slope Galvalume standing-seam roof with a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, it contains (30) 10’x20’ storage units, each with its own Polar Blue 9’x7’ mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch and chateau lock.

The building has heavy-duty, 29-gauge partitions acting as dividers between storage units, and its 26-gauge roof contains a 2.5” layer of R-8 insulation with WMP-VRR+ facing. The insulation keeps the interiors of the storage units at consistent temperatures and lowers heating and cooling expenses for the business owner.

Regency also engineered the mini storage building with a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 16.8-psf roof snow load after the buyer verified building code requirements at the self-storage business address.

Located in east-central Ohio, the small village of Bellaire is part of Belmont County and the Wheeling, West Virginia metro area. Situated along the Ohio River, Bellaire sits about 127 miles east of Columbus.
