Supplied by Regency Steel Buildings in October 2022 for a client in Dinuba, California, this metal mini storage building is now part of an existing self-storage facility.

The self-storage business has Polar White walls and is 20’x180’x8.5’, making it well-suited for general storage needs. Inside, it has the following mix of storage units.

• (4) 10’x15’ units with 6’x7’ framed door openings
• (24) 7’6”x10’ units with 6’x7’ framed door openings
• (12) 10’x10’ units with 6’x7’ framed door openings

Each storage unit has a High-Gloss White Model 650 door, and moveable partition panels with Galvalume finishes break the interior of the building into separate storage units. A 3” vapor barrier with WMP-VRR facing helps protect items stored inside by helping guard against condensation and mold growth.

Other mini storage building features include gutters and downspouts, which help preserve the steel building’s integrity by keeping moisture at bay, and a 95-mph wind load, which complies with local building codes.
