Designed for use as a self-storage business and supplied for a repeat-Mini Storage Outlet customer, the steel building boasts unmatched strength and durability and is an expansive 20’x220’x7.667’/8.5’ once constructed. Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the mini storage building contains (22) rentable storage units that generate a regular revenue stream for the building owner and has a Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch providing protection from above.
Each of the (22) storage units in the building is 10’x20’ and has 9’x7’ framed door openings offering renters access inside, and each opening encloses one of (22) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with paint and stainless-steel latch hardware. The building also features heavy-duty partition panels with Galvalume finishes, which separate the storage units.
Other mini storage building customizations include gutters, downspouts, and DripX condensation control on the roof, which together protect the structure against condensation. A 21-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional enhancements made in adherence to local building codes.
Located in western Missouri, Lexington is part of Lafayette County. The community sits about 40 miles east of Kansas City and about a 95-mile drive from Columbia.
