Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, the metal building now functions as part of a self-storage business and is an expansive 30’x200’x8.5’/9.75’ when erect. Comprised of durable, quality steel parts, the mini storage building contains (20) rentable storage units and has a rugged Galvalume single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch providing protection overhead.

Charcoal in color with complementing Gray trim, the self-storage building offers ample curb appeal, and it houses (10) 10’x20’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings and (10) 10’x30’ storage units, also with 8’x7’ framed door openings. Offering access into each storage unit is one of (20) 8’x7’ Patriot Red Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.

The steel mini storage building has hardwearing, 26-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes functioning as dividers between storage units. There are also gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof panels, helping protect the building against condensation.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a roof snow load of 21 psf are additional customizations made in compliance with local building codes. Located in Washington County in east-central Missouri, Potosi is part of the Lead Belt region. The community lies about 177 miles outside Springfield and about 123 miles from Osage Beach.
