Durable, secure and highly customized in line with the owner’s needs, the Regency Steel Buildings mini storage building features high-quality steel construction and is 40’x120’x8.5’/11.833’ in size. Boasting an attractive, Hawaiian Blue exterior and a hardwearing Galvalume steel single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch, the building now serves as a self-storage facility and has (20) storage units inside that are available to rent.

The mini storage building houses (6) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, (3) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, (3) 10’x20’ units with 9’x8’ openings, (6) 10’x30’ units with 9’x8’ framed openings and (2) 15’x40’ storage units with 12’x14’ door openings along their high side walls and 12’x10’ openings along their low side walls.

Each storage unit has its own door offering access inside. In total, the self-storage facility contains ((9) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and (9) 9’x8’ mini storage doors of the same variety. Also included are (2) 12’x10’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors with chain hoists and (2) 12’x14’ roll-coil doors of the same variety. All doors on the property are High-Glass White in color.

Separating each storage unit from the next is a heavy-duty 29-gauge partition with a Galvalume finish, and the building also features a 3” roof vapor barrier with rugged WMP-VRR facing, which protects the building against condensation. Gutters and downspouts serve as additional customizations, adding another layer of protection against condensation.

The steel mini storage building also has a 21-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind load in adherence to local building codes. Located in Jackson County, the city of Ripley sits about a 145-mile drive from Morgantown and roughly 37 miles north of Charleston, West Virginia.
