The second self-storage building supplied for the same business owner, this mini storage building features high-quality steel construction and is 30’x130’x10.75’/12’. It has higher ceilings than most mini storage buildings, creating additional storage space for renters, and a single-slope roof comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels sits overhead and features a slight 0.5:12 pitch.
Inside, the self-storage facility has (13) 10’x30’ storage units and has rugged, 29-gauge partitions separating each unit from the next. Each storage unit has its own 9’x7’ framed door opening holding one of 13) 9’x7’ Royal Blue Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches.
Gutters and downspouts help prevent rain or snow from collecting atop the roof of the self-storage building, helping guard against condensation. Engineered to meet or exceed applicable building codes, the mini storage building also has a 42-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind rating.
