Durable, easy to raise and highly customized to meet the buyer’s needs, the (2) identical Regency Storage Systems metal mini storage buildings feature top-quality steel construction and stand 50’x300’x11.92’/14’ when erect. Overhead, corrosion-resistant single-slope Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches provide protection from the Montana elements, while 2.5” roof vapor barriers with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing serve as additional features, helping prevent condensation.

Distributed between the (2) mini storage buildings are (106) rentable storage units. There are (4) 10’x20’ units with 8’6”x8’ framed door openings, (56) 10’x20’ units with 9’x8’ framed openings, (44) 13’x30’ units with 10’x12’ openings and (2) 14’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ framed door openings.

Each framed opening has its own door. In total, the self-storage business contains (4) 8’6”x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors, (56) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (46) 10’x12’ Model 1000 roll-coil doors.
