Now functioning as a (141)-unit self-storage facility, the attractive, Light Stone-colored buildings offer superior protection for renter goods and feature rugged, quality steel construction. All (4) self-storage buildings differ in size and have the following specs.

• Building A – 30’x140’x9.5’
• Building B – 30’x180’x9.5’
• Building C – 35’x200’x9.5’
• Building D – 25’x250’x9.5’/10.5’

Each building has a hardy Galvalume roof with a 0.5:12 pitch that resists corrosion. The roofs all have DripX condensation control pre-applied, and they also have gutters and downspouts that help prevent and control condensation. The first three mini storage buildings all have gable roofs, while the fourth building’s roof has a single-slope design.

Each of the (141) storage units also has a private Cedar Red door. In total, Regency delivered (16) 4’x8’ and (125) 9’x8’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. The buildings also contain heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes, which divide their insides into separate storage units.

Engineered to comply with local building codes, the metal mini storage buildings also feature 115-mph wind speed ratings and 24.5-psf snow loads.
