Self Storage Buildings Supplied in Marion, Texas

Regency Steel Buildings delivered this trio of prefabricated mini storage buildings in Marion, Texas, in June of 2022.

Comprised of rugged, quality steel components, the (3) Regency Storage Systems metal buildings together serve as a self-storage business. The first (2) buildings in the complex, Buildings A and B, are equal in size, standing 35’x100’x8.5’, while the third structure, Building C, is 10’x120’x8.1’/8.5’.

Overhead, all (3) buildings feature heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roofs with mild 0.5:12 pitches and Building B’s roof also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to it. Inside Buildings A and B are (40) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (40) 10’x10’ units, also featuring 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Building C contains (12) 10’x10’ units, each with its own 9’x7’ framed door opening, and filling all of those door openings are (52) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latch hardware. The self-storage facility also has (2) 4070 openings holding (2) 4070 steel entry doors with lever locks and panic hardware that provide general access into the facility.

All buildings in the complex have gutters, downspouts, 26-gauge Polar White hallways, and heavy-duty, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes separating the storage units inside. Buildings A and B also have 4” of insulation with vapor inhibitors installed in their roofs and walls.

All (3) metal mini storage buildings also feature 3.5-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind speed ratings in line with local building codes. Located in Guadalupe County, the city of Marion sits about 12 miles outside Seguin and approximately 25 miles from San Antonio.
