Self Storage Buildings Supplied in Middletown, Ohio

Regency Steel Buildings, Inc. manufactured and supplied these (4) pre-engineered metal self-storage buildings for a repeat customer in Middletown, Ohio in late October of 2018.

Following a successful experience with his first mini storage complex purchase, the client decided to purchase another (4) mini storage buildings for use in Middletown, Ohio. Delivered in November of 2018, the buildings contain a combined (127) storage units and generate a regular stream of revenue for the business owner.

Comprised of rugged, quality steel components, the first and second self-storage buildings, Buildings A and B, both stand 30’x200’x8.5’ and have gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead. Buildings C and D are also equal in size, with each standing 10’x200’x8.08’/8.5’ and sporting gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitched overhead. The buildings contain the following unit mixes inside.

Building A

• (4) 10’x20’ storage units with 8’x’7’ framed door openings
• (32) 10’x15’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings
• (4) 10’x10’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings

Building B

• (3) 10’x30’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings
• (17) 10’x20’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings
• (17) 10’x10’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings

Building C

• (20) 10’x10’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings

Building D

• (10) 10’x10’ storage units with 8’x7’ framed door openings
• (20) 5’x10’ storage units with 3’x7’ framed door openings

Each storage unit features its own door, and there are (20) 3’x7’ and (107) 8’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches distributed throughout. Each self-storage building in the complex also has 8” base and eave steps and 29-gauge partitions separating the storage units.

All (4) mini storage buildings also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roofs, all of which help control condensation. All (4) buildings also feature 20-psf roof snow loads and 115-mph wind ratings in line with local building codes.

Located in southwestern Ohio, the city of Middletown had land in Butler and Warren counties. The community lies about 35 miles north of Cincinnati and borders Franklin, Monroe, Trenton, Liberty, and Madison townships.
