Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (5) mini storage buildings in Rathdrum, Idaho, in April 2022.

The (5) buildings all differ in size and feature a variety of storage unit mixes, allowing for traditional, boat and RV storage. Constructed from durable, quality steel parts, the mini storage buildings have hardy Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches and DripX condensation control pre-applied to them.

Building A
The first mini storage building in the complex, Building A, is 20’x320’x7.667’/8.5’ and has (32) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings inside.

Building B
Building B is the facility’s biggest, standing 30’x336’x12.76’/14’. It features (28) 12’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ framed door openings.

Building C
Building C is 30’x192’x12.76’/14’ and contains (16) 12’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ framed door openings.

Building D
Building D is ideal for RV and oversize storage is 50’x180’x14’. It has (15) 12’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ door openings and (18) 10’x20’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Building E
The last building in the self-storage complex, Building E is 30’x228’x12.76’/14’. Inside it are (19) 12’x30’ storage units with 10’x12’ framed door openings.

Regency Storage Systems also supplied the doors for this mini storage facility, delivering (50) 9’x7’ Model 650 doors and (78) 10’x12’ Model 1000 doors, all of which have stainless-steel latches and top draft stops. It also included heavy-duty steel partitions, which separate the insides of the buildings into separate units.

All (5) steel self-storge buildings also comply with building codes and engineering specs, featuring 115-mph wind ratings and 40.6-sf roof snow loads. Located in northern Idaho’s Kootenai County, Rathdrum sits about 14 miles northwest of Coeur d’Alene.
