Regency Steel Buildings was the supplier of these (3) self-storage buildings in Redding, California, in December of 2021.

Now functioning as a self-storage facility, the durable, climate-controlled Regency Steel mini storage buildings are comprised of hardwearing, sustainable steel parts and have large storage units that can accommodate boats, RVs or other oversize assets. The first building, Building A, is 50’x168’x14’/16’, while the second structure, Building B, is 40’x168’x14.4’/16’. The third and final building in the complex, Building C, is 40’x98’x14.4’/16’ once constructed.

Overhead, all (3) buildings have corrosion-resistant Galvalume single-slope roofs with 0.5:12 pitches providing overhead protection, and they have (31) storage units distributed among them. Building A contains (12) 14’x50’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings, while Building B contains (12) 14’x40’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings. Inside Building C are (7) 14’x40’ storage units with 12’x14’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own access point, with (31) 12’x14’ Janus Model 1000 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches distributed throughout the self-storage facility. Other customizations include 3” of R-10 insulation in the roof with a vapor inhibitor, 29-gauge partition panels with Galvalume finishes between storage units, and gutters and downspouts, which help guard against condensation.

All (3) steel mini storage buildings also feature 40-psf roof snow loads and 110-mph wind speed ratings. Part of Northern California’s Shasta County, the city of Redding sits about 162 miles north of Sacramento and 120 miles south of the California – Oregon border.
