Mini Storage Building Kit in Sewell, New Jersey

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this pre-engineered steel mini storage building for a customer in Sewell, New Jersey, in July, 2016.

Energy efficient and low maintenance, the building boasts light stone-colored paint and now serves as a mini storage complex. It stands 80’x145’x8.5’ in size, and overhead is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 0.25:12 roof pitch. Distributed throughout the building are (55) framed openings, among them (36) 9’x7’ openings enclosing (36) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors and (19) 4’x7’ openings enclosing (19) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.

To lower energy bills associated with the building while helping stored materials maintain consistent temperatures, 6” of metal building insulation are installed in the building’s roof. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional mini storage project features, and were included with respect for the typical weather patterns of Sewell and the surrounding region. An unincorporated community set within Gloucester County’s Mantua Township, Sewell sits about 47 miles outside Trenton and 14 miles from Camden.
