Regency Steel Buildings supplied this preconstructed steel mini storage building in Sewell, New Jersey, in early January of 2017.
Now functioning as a mini storage facility, the light stone-colored building is made from top-of-the-line steel components, and it boasts a finished size of 40’x180’x9.5. Its hardwearing, long-lasting Galvalume metal roof resists corrosion and has a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and inside the storage facility are (36) 9’x8’ framed openings, each equipped with one of (36) 9’x8’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors.
Additional project features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs., enhancements made with respect for New Jersey’s variable climate and sometimes unpredictable seasonal weather patterns. An unincorporated area set within Gloucester County’s Mantua Township, Sewell lies about 25 miles from Vineland and 18 miles outside Cherry Hill.
