Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (6) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for use in a Bonner Springs, Kansas, self-storage facility in September of 2022.

Featuring (173) storage units available for rent, the mini storage facility helps fulfill a growing need for storage units in northeastern Kansas. While some of the buildings differ in terms of size and storage unit mix, they all have heavy-duty Galvalume steel roofs with 1:12 pitches and DripX condensation control pre-applied. They also all have wind and snow loads that meet or exceed local building code guidelines.

Buildings C, D, E and F are all equal in size and identical inside, with each containing the same mix of storage units. Self-storage facility building details are as follows:

All (6) metal mini storage buildings have hardwearing 29-gauge Galvalume partitions dividing up their interiors. All buildings also have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels.

Located in northeastern Kansas, Bonner Springs has portions that extend into Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte counties. Part of the Kansas City metro area, the community sits just south of Kansas City, Kansas, and about 17 miles west of Kansas City, Missouri.
