Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel mini storage buildings for a customer in Somerset, Kentucky.
Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the colony green-colored buildings together function as a mini storage facility. The first and smaller of the buildings stands 44’x98’x16’ in size, while the second, larger building stands 44’x126’x16’. Covering both from above are rugged, long-lasting Galvalume metal roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and distributed between the structures are (16) 12’x14’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (16) 12’x14’ metal mini storage doors.
Additional mini storage complex features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs., both of which enhance the overall durability of the facility with respect for the climate of the Somerset area. A city set within central Kentucky’s Pulaski County, Somerset is located not far from Lake Cumberland, one of the largest man-made lakes in the world. It lies about eight miles from Burnside and two miles from Ferguson.
