Regency Steel Buildings supplied this steel mini storage building for a customer in South Fork, Colorado in 2008.
Boasting a finished size of 30’x96’x10’, the prefabricated metal building now operates as a mini storage complex. It currently houses (8) 12’x30’ rentable RV storage units, each with one of (8) accompanying Janus mini storage doors. Additional building features include colored walls, a Galvalume roof, 26-gauge PBR Panel-Loc Plus wall and roof panels and an original Colorado engineer-stamped drawing. The storage building also boasts closures, trim and sealant in the roof to help prevent leaks, as well as a base-channel design.
In consideration of the mountainous location and alpine climate of South Fork, the mini storage building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a high roof snow load of 64 lbs.
Located in Rio Grande County in southern Colorado, South Fork lies about 44 miles from Pagosa Springs and 16 miles from Del Norte.
