Regency Steel Buildings manufactured and supplied these (2) pre-engineered mini-storage buildings in Sparta, Georgia, in May of 2022.

Comprised of sustainable, durable steel parts, the buildings provide reliable protection for goods stored inside, with the first structure, Building A, standing 15’x365’x7.9’/8.5’ and the second, Building B, standing 15’x145’x7.9’/8.5’. Both have rugged, single-slope Galvalume roofs with 0.5:12 pitches overhead, and both roofs have DripX condensation control pre-applied to them.

Distributed between the (2) self-storage buildings are (54) storage units available for rent. Building A features (1) 5’x15’ unit with a 4’x7’ framed door opening and (36) 10’x15’ storage units with 9’x7’ framed door openings. Building B features (5) 5’x15’ storage units with 4’x7’ framed door openings and (12) 10’x15’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings.

Each storage unit has its own access point for its renter. In total, the mini storage facility has (6) 4’x7’ and (48) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches. The buildings also have rugged 29-gauge partitions inside separating the individual storage units.

In accordance with local building codes, the (2) metal self-storage buildings also boast 3.5-PSF snow loads and 110-mph wind speed ratings.

Located in Hancock County, Sparta is part of Georgia’s Milledgeville micropolitan area. It sits about 27 miles southeast of Greensboro, Georgia, and about 24 miles southwest of Warrenton.
