Regency Steel Buildings sourced these (2) prefabricated metal mini storage buildings on behalf of a customer in Sparta, Wisconsin, in late April of 2019.

Boasting an arch-style design, the (2) steel buildings together create a self-storage business, which has (64) units throughout that customers rent in exchange for ‘round-the-clock access to the facility. Both metal mini storage buildings boast striking, Polar White exteriors, with the first structure standing 30’x150’x8.5’, and the second, 30’x170’x8.5’.

Offering protection for stored goods from above are heavy-duty Galvalume steel roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, and located throughout the self-storage facility are (64) 9’x7’ framed openings, each of which houses one of (64) 9’x7’ mini storage doors. The buyer also chose to add a 40-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating when designing the self-storage building to ensure compliance with local building codes.
