Mini Storage Building Kit in Sparta, Wisconsin

Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated steel mini storage building for a customer in Sparta, Wisconsin, in late February of 2016.

Polar white in color, the building is constructed using premium-quality steel components and now serves as  part of a mini storage complex. Its roof is made of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 0.5:12 pitch, and inside are (30) 9’x7’ framed openings, all of which enclose one of (30) Janus Model 650 mini storage doors. The mini storage complex also features a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a snow load of 40 lbs., additions that were made during construction in consideration of the typical climate patterns of Sparta and the surrounding area.

Located along the La Crosse River in Western Wisconsin’s Monroe County, the city of Sparta is situated about 28 miles outside La Crosse and 17 miles from Tomah.
