Fabricated by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., the building now functions as a self-storage facility, protecting assets stored inside from harsh weather, extreme temperatures, theft and other threats. Durable and secure, the mini storage building is an expansive 40’x160’ 8.5’ once raised and has reliable protection overhead thanks to a painted, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.

Inside, the self-storage facility contains (32) rentable storage units. Included are (4) 10’x30’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings, (24) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ framed door openings and (4) 10’x10’ storage units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings. Each framed opening contains one of (32) 9’x7’ Janus Model 650 mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches, which offer renters individualized access into their storage units. There are also heavy-duty, 29-gauge partitions with Galvalume finishes acting as dividers between storage units.

Gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to the roof help prevent water damage and mold growth, while a 35-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating keep the metal mini storage building compliant with local building codes. Located in Polk County in western Wisconsin, the city of St. Croix Falls sits about 1.5 miles from Taylor Falls and about a 20-mile drive from Amery.
