Boasting a finished size of 30’x120’x8.6’ with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, the building was designed with an extremely high wind speed of 120 mph because of St. Martinville’s weather patterns.

Now used as a mini storage complex, the pre-engineered metal building has (32) rentable storage units. These include (10) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ framed openings, (10) 10’x20’ units, also with 9’x7’ framed openings, and an additional (12) 5’x10’ units with 4’x7’ framed openings. In (20) of those 9’x7’ openings are Model 750 wind-rated mini storage doors, and (12) of those openings are covered by 4’x7’ Model 750 wind-rated mini storage doors. All (32) of the mini storage doors have accompanying custom stainless steel latches.

The mini storage building has 3” VRR insulation in the roof to help maintain consistent interior temperatures while minimizing energy costs, and additional features include gutters and downspouts, Louisiana engineer-stamped drawings, wedge anchors and 29-gauge partition walls with a Galvalume finish.

The City of St. Martinville is located within St. Martin Parish, in south-central Louisiana. It sits about nine miles outside New Iberia and nine miles from Broussard.
