Regency Steel Buildings supplied this prefabricated steel mini storage building for a buyer in Stanwood, Washington in mid-November of 2013. It is now used as a mini storage complex for Axthelm Construction Inc., a Mount Vernon-based provider of quality design and building services.

The metal mini storage building features (29) storage units of varying sizes, including (4) 5’x9’ units with 3’x7’ framed openings, (5) 10’x15’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, (5) 10’x5’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, (4) 10’x10’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings, (2) 15’x20’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings and an additional (9) 10’x20’ units with 8’x7’ framed openings.

Additionally, the mini storage building boasts (29) Model 650 mini storage doors, (25) of which are 8’x7’ and (4) of which are 3’x7’. Other building features and details include Washington engineer-stamped drawings, wedge anchors and fasteners and 29-gauge partition panels with a Galvalume finish.

Stanwood experiences substantial rainfall throughout the year and in consideration of the typical climate and precipitation of Stanwood and its surrounding areas, the building was constructed with a high wind speed of 110 mph, a ground snow load of 25 lbs. and a roof snow load of 25 lbs.
