Now used as a mini storage business, the steel mini storage building contains (32) separate storage units, which the owner rents out to customers who can access them anytime in exchange for a monthly fee. Polar White in color, the steel self-storage facility is comprised of premium-grade steel components, and once erect, it stands 40’x100’x8.5’ in size.
A roof constructed using rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels protects stored inventory from above while boasting a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and (32) framed openings serve as additional mini storage facility customizations. Included are (16) 4’x7’ framed openings enclosing (16) 4’x7’ mini storage doors and (16) 9’x7’ framed openings, each enclosing one of (16) 9’x7’ mini storage doors.
The metal mini storage center also features a 115-mph wind load and a 20-pound snow load; accommodations made in compliance with local building code requirements. The most populated city in Mississippi’s Golden Triangle region, the city of Starkville is a part of Oktibbeha County. The city sits about 25 miles west of Columbus, Mississippi, and roughly 25 miles outside Ackerman.
