Mini Storage Outlet sent the kit for this pre-engineered steel mini storage building to Haxtun, Colorado, in the summer of 2024.

Modern, versatile and secure, the 40’x100’x8.5’ mini storage building has 28 spacious storage units available for rent in several different sizes, catering to consumers with a wide range of storage needs. Each unit offers convenient drive-up access, and each features its own private Model 650 mini storage door in Silhouette Grey with a top draft stop, side brush seal and stainless-steel latch. The building also features heavy-duty Galvalume steel partitions in between units, with the storage units sized as follows:

• (4) 10’x10’ units with 9’x7’ doors
• (16) 10’x20’ units with 9’x7’ doors

On the outside, the self-storage business has eye-catching Polar White paint on its roof and walls, and Charcoal accent trim adds to its exterior appeal. Gutters and downspouts line the roof, helping divert moisture away from the roof, walls and foundation while protecting everything stored inside.

The building’s gable roof has a 1:12 pitch, and it also has DripX condensation control pre-applied to its panels, offering another reliable barrier against moisture.
