These (7) Regency Steel mini storage buildings are now part of a self-storage facility in Bedford, Indiana.
Fabricated in March of 2023, the buildings have (148) storage units distributed among them, allowing the owner to collect a steady stream of revenue from renters. Water and damage-resistant, each building features rugged 26-gauge PBR roof and wall paneling and has gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on its 0.5:12 roof.
Renters can access their storage units through one of either (132) 4’x7’ or (16) 9’x7’ mini storage doors with stainless-steel latches and rent space in one of the following buildings.

The largest storage units in the complex feature both garage and walk doors for renter convenience. All seven self-storage buildings have 29-gauge steel partitions serving as interior walls, and each has a 16.8-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind rating to meet local building codes.
Located in south-central Indiana, Bedford is part of Shawswick Township and Lawrence County. The small community lies about 18 miles south of Bloomington and about 70 miles south of Indianapolis.
