5-Building Steel Mini Storage Complex Supplied in Warren, Maine

Manufactured in June 2023, these (5) Regency Steel metal mini storage buildings are now part of a Warren, Maine self-storage business.

The mini storage complex has heavy wind and snow loads and (184) storage units available for rent, allowing it to generate a consistent stream of passive rental income for the owner. Made from durable, 26-gauge PBR paneling, the buildings offer superior protection for goods stored inside and guards against damage or loss caused by moisture, theft, pests and similar hazards.

In addition to upgraded 24-gauge standing-seam roof panels with DripX condensation control pre-applied, the buildings all have gutters and downspouts that provide another layer of defense against rain, snow and condensation. Each mini storage building is 30’x150’x8.5’ with a 0.5:12 roof and has 29-gauge, Galvalume-finished wall partitions functioning as dividers between each unit.
