Steel Mini Storage Duo Supplied in Cedar City, Utah

Supplied by Regency Steel Buildings, Inc., for a client in Cedar City, Utah, in August 2023, these metal mini storage buildings now serve as a self-storage facility.

The second building connects to the first one along its rear end wall, and between them, they have (57) storage units available for rent, allowing them to generate a steady stream of rental income for the owner. Both buildings have 29-gauge, Galvalume-finished steel partitions serving as interior walls, and both have gutters and downspouts with kickouts and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their steel roof panels.

On the outside, both mini storage buildings boast Crimson walls and Polar White trim, giving them the look of a traditional barn. They come in the following sizes and feature the following storage unit mixes inside.

Building A is 25’x210’x7.4’/8.5’ and has a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:

(6) 10’x15’ units
(5) 10’x20’ units
(5) 10’x25’ units

Building B is 45’x170’16’ and has a gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch. Inside, it has:

(10) 10’x15’ units
(10) 10’x17’6” units
(10) 10’x20’ units
(1) 20’x45’ unit

Each storage unit has its own Satin-colored mini storage door with a stainless-steel latch, and there is also (1) 4070 steel entry door with panic hardware offering general access into the mini storage facility.

Regency also delivered an engineer-stamped foundation plan with the building components to help stabilize the structures and maximize their lifespans.

Located in Iron County in southwestern Utah, Cedar City sits about 250 miles south of Salt Lake City and about 170 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada.
