Constructed for use in the flourishing mini storage industry, these (2) identical metal self-storage buildings have (64) storage units for rent between them.
Regency Steel Buildings sent the custom pre-engineered building kits for both buildings to Grove City, Pennsylvania, in May of 2023, and the component were already partway assembled, leading to a fast erection process. Designed for general mini storage use, the Tan buildings with Crimson trim have Galvalume steel wall partitions breaking their interiors into separate storage units, and each unit has a Continental Brown Model 650 mini storage door allowing private access inside.
Both steel mini storage buildings are 30’x150’x8.5’ and have hardy Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches. Inside, each has:
- (6) 10’x10’ storage units
- (13) 10’x10’ storage units
- (13) 10’x20’ storage units
The roofs of both buildings have gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on their panels, helping prevent leaks, condensation and water damage. They also have 115-mph wind ratings and 36.12-psf snow loads, meeting the local building code requirements in place in the area.
Located in northwestern Pennsylvania, Grove City is part of Mercer County. The small borough sits about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh and 75 miles south of Erie.
