Spacious, low-maintenance and highly customized, the (4) Regency Steel metal mini storage buildings offer unmatched structural integrity and together function as a self-storage business. The first two buildings, Buildings A and B, are identical in size, standing 40’x300’x8.5’ once erect. Buildings C and D are also equal in size, with each standing 50’x300’x11.92’/14’.

Overhead, Buildings A and B sport durable Galvalume gable roofs with 0.5:12 pitches, while Buildings C and D each have a single-slope roof with a 0.5:12 pitch offering protection from above. Among the (4) metal mini storage buildings are (226) rentable storage units in a variety of sizes.

Distributed between Buildings A and B are (120) 10’x20’ storage units, and each unit features one of (120) 9’x7’ framed openings. Distributed between Buildings C and D are (4) 10’x20’ units with (4) 8’6”x8’ framed door openings, (56) 10’x20’ units with (56) 9’x7’ framed openings, (44) 13’x30’ storage units with (44) 10’x12’ openings and (2) 14’x30’ storage units with (2) 10’x12’ framed openings.
