Engineered by Regency Steel Buildings, the structure stands an expansive 30’x150’x8.5’ once raised and serves as a self-storage business. It has a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 0.5:12 pitch offering reliable protection from above, and inside the building are (38) storage units the building owner can rent out in exchange for a monthly fee.

The mini storage building contains (26) 10’x15’ storage units, each featuring one of (26) 9’x7’ framed openings, and (12) 5’x10’ storage units, each of which has one of (5) 4’x7’ framed openings. Filling each framed opening is one of (26) 9’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors or one of (12) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors, and dividing each storage unit from the next are rugged, heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partition panels with Galvalume finishes.

To help prevent condensation from forming and water damage from accruing, Regency Storage Systems added gutters, downspouts and DripX condensation control on each building’s roof. Both metal self-storage buildings also have 10-psf snow loads and 115-mph wind loads in accordance with local building codes.

Located in southeastern Idaho, the city of Pocatello is part of Bannock County. Idaho’s fifth-largest city, Pocatello sits roughly 25 miles south of Blackfoot and about 40 miles, by car, from Aberdeen, Idaho.
