Mini Storage Building Kits in Blackfoot, Idaho

Regency Steel Buildings supplied these (6) pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings in Blackfoot, Idaho in March of 2020.

Spacious and built to last, the Regency Storage Systems steel buildings come in two sizes, with (3) mini storage buildings standing 30’x100’x8.5’ and (3) buildings standing 16’x100’x8.5’/12.5’. Overhead, all (6) metal self-storage buildings sport rugged Galvalume roofs with 3:12 pitches, but the roofs of the first (3) buildings have gable designs, while the other (3) buildings have single-slope roofs.

Between the (6) steel mini storage buildings are (93) rentable storage units in a range of different sizes. There are (18) 10’x’10’ units featuring (18) 8’x7’ framed openings, (18) 10’x20’ units with (18) 8’x7’ framed openings, (9) 10’x30’ units with (9) 8’x7’ framed openings and (18) 5’x7’ units featuring (18) 4’x7’ framed door openings.

Also included are (30) 10’x16’ storage units, each of which features one of (30) 8’x7’ framed opening. Each storage unit has its own door, and in total, the self-storage facility has (75) 8’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors and (18) 4’x7’ Model 650 mini storage doors.

Both Regency Steel buildings also have DripX condensation control on the roofs and gutters and downspouts that divert water away from their roofs and foundations, helping prevent damage. Both also feature 115-mph wind loads and 29.4-psf snow loads in accordance with local building codes.

Located in southeastern Idaho, the city of Blackfoot belongs to Bingham County. It sits about 28 miles from Idaho Falls and about 17 miles from Shelley.
