Additionally, they were constructed with wind loads of 90 MPH C and roof snow loads of 21 lbs. Gutters, downspouts and roof insulation were also included at the time of construction and were necessary due to the area’s substantial rainfall. Thiells typically receives about 48 inches of rain per year; 11 inches more than the national average.
